Jamie Colby

Colby, National News Anchor and Correspondent of Fox News has worked there since July of 2003. Colby worked as a reporter and anchor at CBS News for a number of years, and also as a fill-in reporter for CBS Up to the Minute. In the past, she was the CNN correspondent. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby was admitted to practice law for New York City, California, Florida, and Washington, D.C. In 2002, she was awarded the Edward R.Murrow National Award for reporting on the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Colby also received the Gracie Award for investigative journalism in 2000, as well as the Clarion Award by the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Star To Watch". Alongside her work in journalism, Colby, an attorney, served in private practice for 10 years. Colby began her legal career through a Hollywood entertainment business that invited her to The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, she was working on behalf of Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC and during the divorce. Colby is the host and reporter of Strange Inheritance on Fox Business, covering quirky or unexpected legacy left by family or friends. Jamie Jamie Jamie
